Reviews and Ratings
I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room, which was great for our family of four. However, I expected a proper triple room instead of an added bed in a twin room. The views were lovely and there was enough room even for three adults.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel! The rooms, though a bit small for a triple room, were stylish, comfortable, clean, and tidy. The service was top-notch, with the staff fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, though they could improve on giving directions for tourist sites. The location was superb, nestled in a quiet alley near the Otaru Canal and close to everything. The dining experience, especially the breakfast on the 11th floor, was worth every penny. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor areas for improvement.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the location was ideal being close to the old railway and canal without the hustle of crowded places. The service was friendly and very helpful, with staff who could speak English well and provide excellent recommendations. The dining experience was enjoyable, and the facilities were well-maintained.
The hotel offers a good-sized room with a comfy bed, although it's somewhat small, it's manageable. The room was a major highlight with nice but ordinary amenities. The absence of a gym, pool, or entertainment area was unexpected for the price.
